Rates apply between normal business hours: 7:00 am to 2:00 am. Rates between
2:00am and 7am will be 1 ½ times the above rates.
Hourly hire is $80 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
$70 per hour for 10-hours or more.
Wait time is $3 per 5 minutes or part with a 20 minute maximum.
Wait time over 20 minutes will be charged the hourly rate.
